Booking - easy peasy!
Day-of - Shaunn called to let us know she had arrived which was great and asked us to confirm our tastes. She was a safe driver and interacted just enough with us while we were at the locations. She had a couple fun facts on the area but I think there could have been a bit more chat during the drive time. The locations she took us to were good for our tastes. We learned that the area wines aren't necessarily our taste but she found some goodies for us. Our favorites were Lamoreaux winery and the whiskey distillery.

You were exceptional to deal with in booking & gaining our preference!  Booking was easy & organized! We were very pleased with the car, driver and service!  Dave was very knowledgeable of the area and wines and chose well for us based on our preferences. As the busiest weekend of the year, he called ahead for next stops to find out what waits were and customized the trip as we went based on our needs! He scored us a reservation at the end as well! It was a beautiful & perfect day!

I just had to write to tell you how totally pleased my friends and I were with our wine tour on Saturday, October 3rd. Our driver was Mike and he was wonderful. He picked us up at Mountain Horse Farm right on time and was very accomodating with flexibility in our schedule. We were able to see 5 wineries and a brewery and never felt rushed. Mike even knew where to find a great food truck when we wanted some food. If my travels ever take me to this area again I will definitly use your company and will request Mike as a driver.

Hi - We had such a great time on our wine tour last weekend. Our driver, Phil was the absolute best -- he was so much more than a driver -- he was a tour guide, wine connoisseur, and chaperone.  He had wonderful suggestions of wineries to visit based on our tastes and then had even more fantastic tasting suggestions while inside the wineries.  He took our purchases and labeled them with our names so we could divide them up later with ease  -- not to mention that he carried them out and loaded them into the van. He kept us on track with the time and even took a head count when we got back in the van, so we didn't forget anyone. This is the second time our group has reunited in the Fingerlakes and plan to again... We will definitely be using Quality again and requesting Phil!  Thanks to you we were able to have a great, safe wine tour experience.

My husband and I recently took a wine tour with Ron. He made a great experience absolutely wonderful. He asked us what kind of wines that we liked and asked if we had ideas of which wineries we wanted to visit. We weren't completely sure and were open to his ideas. They were spot on! We took this trip while my husband was on leave from a deployment in Afghanistan. We are already planning another trip in the Spring when he returns for good. We have no reason to look further for a car service.  We will be contacting Quality Transportation whenever we need this service again.  They are wonderful!!!!!

Our driver, Steve, was a wonderful representative for your company  He was a true professional, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and fit in immediately with our group. He was also very helpful in  dropping us off and picking us up at the winery entrances, and with  loading and unloading our purchases.

We just did the Keuka Lake mystery wine tour and given our unfamiliarity with the area and the amount of wine we would be consuming, we decided on hiring a designated driver. Wise decision!

Wendy at the 1810 Red Brick Inn arranged for your company to supply the car and driver. An even wiser decision!

You sent Shaunn -- the wisest decision of all!!

She was more than a designated driver - she was an expert on the area, the wineries and the wines. She insured we enjoyed our experience to the maximum. She would guarantee we didn't leave our glass behind. She even presented us with gifts at the end that filled in missing gaps in our goals. And together, we solved the mystery. Ten minutes into the trip, she was family -- or at least our new best friend.

I assume you already know what a jewel you have in her, but sometimes it isn't a bad thing to have an outsider remind you.

He was extremely knowledgeable and took us to the best wineries, some that weren't even listed in the research I had done prior to our trip. He was spectacular.  He suggested great places for us to go.
